About Me
Eric started vegetable gardening for his own culinary use in 2007 when he was unable to find the quality or variety of fruits and vegetables he was looking for at local markets. Previously having worked in landscape design, he decided to create edible horticulture so that others could also share in the joy of fresh, sustainable, local food. He uses his knowledge of vegetable gardening and landscape design as well as his bachelor's degree in environmental science to analyze each location and create a custom garden plan to suit the specific location and client needs.
